Busy Beaver Lawn and Garden of Cheektowaga, NY announces the purchase of Zittels Country Market located at 4415 Southwestern Blvd. Hamburg, NY 14075 on Sept 30th 2021.
The long standing Zittels Country Market was established in 1986 at the original location on Camp Rd. In 1996, Zittels rebuilt the market and relocated to the Southwestern Blvd. location. The 5 generations of the family decided to sell the Country Market portion of the business.
Busy Beaver Lawn and Garden, a woman owned business established in 2014, originally located at 3229 Broadway St. Cheektowaga, NY 14227. The growth of the business over the last 7 years has opened up the opportunity to expand their retail portion with the purchase of Zittels Country Market.
We plan to keep the same great Zittels but more!
We will carry all the same products as before, but will offer more products such as; trees, shrubs and perennials. Other items such as bulk mulch, soil and stone will be available for pick up or delivery. We plan to stay open all year round, offering goods, services and events to the community.
In addition to the products, Busy Beaver Lawn and Garden will now offer Zittels clientele the opportunity to include landscaping services!

– Installation of paver patios, walls and outdoor living spaces
– Commercial snow removal
